Sarah Navarre, MBA, MPH
Founder & Mediator

Sarah Navarre is the founder of Wise Mediation Group and an approved Utah Court Roster mediator with an academic foundation in conflict resolution and mediation dating to her undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University–Hawaii.

Sarah completed an emphasis in conflict resolution and mediation while studying under Dr. Chad Ford, developing an early foundation in negotiation, cross-cultural communication, conflict analysis, and facilitated resolution.

She later earned both a Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Health, bringing additional training in organizational decision-making, analytical thinking, health systems, and complex problem solving to her mediation practice.

Sarah's professional experience has required her to work across organizations, stakeholders, and competing priorities—experience that informs a mediation style centered on preparation, careful listening, clear communication, and practical resolution.

Through Wise Mediation Group, Sarah is building a boutique, virtual-first mediation practice focused on personal injury, liability, and selected civil disputes.
