Wise Mediation Group believes the administrative side of mediation should be simple and predictable.
Our fees are structured so counsel and clients know the cost of mediation before the session is scheduled.
MEDIATION FEES
Half-Day Virtual Mediation
$1,500
Up to 4-hours
For a standard two-party matter, the fee is typically divided equally between the parties at $750 per side.
Full-Day Virtual Mediation
$2500
Up to 8-hours of mediation.
For standard two-party matter, the fee is typically divided equally between the parties at $1,250 per side.
Additional Mediation Time - $400 per hour
Additional time is prorated and allocated among the parties in the same manner as the mediator fee unless otherwise agreed.
Complex Cases
Multi-Party and other complex cases are based on case-by-case basis.
What's Included

The mediation fee includes reasonable pre-mediation preparation and review of mediation statements and supporting materials, the scheduled mediation session, private caucuses as appropriate, and ordinary scheduling and administrative coordination.
There is no separate administrative or scheduling fee for standard matters.
Allocation of Fees

Unless otherwise agreed, mediation fees are divided equally among the participating sides.
For matters involving multiple parties, separately represented defendants, insurers, or other participants, the parties may agree upon a different allocation of the mediation fee prior to the session.
Scheduling & Payment
Wise Mediation Group is structured for responsive scheduling and can typically accommodate mediation requests within 5–7 days, subject to mediator and party availability.
Once a date has been agreed upon, counsel will receive confirmation of the mediation along with payment instructions and information regarding submission of mediation materials.
Payment is due in advance of the mediation and secures the scheduled session.

We understand that litigation schedules change. Wise will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests to reschedule a mediation.
More than 14 days: Full refund or transfer to another date.
7–14 days: Transfer to another date, but not refunded.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 7 Days or less: Non-refundable unless the time can be filled.
Fees and policies are subject to change. The terms provided in the mediation confirmation and agreement for a particular matter will govern that mediation.
Mediation Statements
Counsel are encouraged to submit mediation statements and relevant supporting materials sufficiently in advance of the session to allow the mediator to prepare effectively.
Specific submission instructions will be provided with the mediation confirmation.
Virtual Mediation
Wise Mediation Group is a virtual-first practice. Sessions are conducted through a secure videoconferencing platform and are designed to accommodate counsel, clients, carriers, and other participants across U.S. time zones.
In-person mediation may be considered by arrangement when appropriate.

Complex, multi-party, or unusually document-intensive matters may require different scheduling or fee arrangements. We are happy to discuss the needs of a particular case before a mediation date is confirmed.
